Documentary filmmaker Robbie Leppzer was 19 when he directed this film on the April 30, 1977 occupation of the Seabrook nuclear power plant construction site in New Hampshire. The 1,414 arrests and subsequent jailing of them in National Guard Armories caused a major network news story and thrust the issue of nuclear power into the national debate.
